Good training should leave you with something you can actually use.
Real-world clinical learning for therapists, counselors, interns, educators, and the people who support them. We bring evidence-informed ideas, reflective practice, and creativity into the same room—without requiring anyone to memorize another 97-slide presentation.
Learning that connects theory to practice
Our professional development vision combines experiential workshops, facilitated discussion, reflective exercises, and tools participants can adapt to their own settings. Content is tailored to professional roles, organizational needs, and scope of practice.
Trauma-informed care and resilience
Recognizing stress responses, supporting emotional safety, understanding vicarious trauma, and building sustainable professional boundaries.
Expressive arts and play-based practice

Self-compassion in the helping professions
Moving beyond perfectionism, responding to moral distress, and practicing kindness without abandoning accountability.
Children, families, and development
Developmentally appropriate communication, caregiver partnership, co-regulation, and collaborative responses to children’s emotional needs.
Chronic illness and caregiver well-being
Supporting adjustment, grief, uncertainty, identity changes, and family systems in the context of medical stressors.
Clinical leadership and supervision

Ways to learn with Mosaic
Live workshops and webinars
Interactive learning for clinicians and related professionals, offered virtually or in-person when arranged.
Customized team training
Workshops tailored for schools, medical practices, nonprofits, clinical teams, and community organizations.
Consultation and reflective supervision
Case consultation, mentoring conversations, and supervision support where provider credentials, licensure rules, and availability permit.
Creative practice labs
Try a brief exercise, reflect on its clinical purpose and limitations, then adapt it thoughtfully to your own work.
A sample micro-practice: Notice → Name → Next Step
Take two minutes to notice what is happening in your body, name the emotion or professional dilemma without judgment, and choose one values-aligned next step. Use this as a starting point for discussion about co-regulation, self-compassion, or therapeutic presence.
For clinicians: Consider when an exercise is appropriate, when it may need modification, and how to invite rather than prescribe participation.
Who this is for
