My practice helps highly sensitive and introspective adults handle anxiety, burnout, and feelings of disconnection by providing holistic, insight-oriented psychotherapy rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and mind-body awareness. Before a session, my clients often feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in repetitive thought patterns, or burdened by self-doubt. Many come in feeling isolated, exhausted from caretaking roles, or unsure how to move forward.A session with me is calm, grounding, and relational. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can speak freely, reflect deeply, and connect inward. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insight to help clients understand their patterns and begin shifting them with compassion. Sometimes there's silence. Sometimes there's laughter. Always, there is care.After a session, clients often feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Many describe feeling seen, validated, and less alone. Over time, they experience greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and capacity to live in alignment with their values.
