Veronica Vyazovsky LMHC Clinical Director and Therapist

A playful, creative and solution focused approach to therapy. Veronica works with kids, families and adults and any combo in between. She trains, consults and provides therapy utilizing a solution focused framework with creative elements. She received the IMHCA Excellence in Counseling Award in 2015. She will help you navigate and even thrive with the changes and challenges of life.

Veronica is currently taking new clients who have complex PTSD and grief issues, as well as generalized anxiety disorder and depression.

Veronica is the architect of Mosaic's Integrated Care Model — an interdisciplinary framework that bridges behavioral health and primary care for patients with complex, chronic medical conditions. Her clinical approach integrates autonomic nervous system regulation, evidence-based listening therapies, and direct coordination with patients' medical teams to address the physiological root causes of behavioral health symptoms.

She is a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and holds expertise in Polyvagal Theory applications for clinical populations. Mosaic partners with PCP networks, hospital systems, and home health organizations to deliver behavioral health integration that generates measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
